Impact Training is a year given over to learning more about God, getting a passion for the nations and having your life turned upside down. We’ll give you the opportunity to travel overseas and see how the gospel is reaching other nations, participate in the growth of a local church and equip you in sound theology and leadership skills.

We will be partnering again this year with Relational Mission and New Ground internship students. The Impact Year will be facilitated by Matt Fell and the Relational Mission Sphere under the name ID (Intentional Discipleship) – please go to the ID website here for more information.

Tom Eaton helps lead one of the sites at Mosaic Church, Leeds and oversees the Catalyst Impact Training.

Testimonies

“I decided to do Impact to learn about Christian leadership and to have time and space to grow in my character and my relationship with God. I have learnt so much this year: about theology and the Church; to recognise my own limitations; to expect God to act and speak, especially when we pray; and to accept how much God loves me, especially when I make mistakes. While volunteering to support refugees and asylum seekers to access healthcare, my love for others, especially those from other cultures, has grown and I am grateful for everything they’ve taught me.

I also feel excited for each one of next year’s Impact Students for what God will do in and through their lives, and would love to invite everyone I know to do it!”

Laura, Impact Student 2019/2020
